Bank and Key is direct to consumer, luxury car rental service based out of New Jersey serving the tri-state area. Offering high end rental brands such as Lamborghini, Audi, Bentley, and more, Bank and Key provides their customers with a one of a kind, exotic rental experience at reasonable prices.
The Problem
Although Bank and Key offered high end, exotic rentals at affordable prices, they needed a way to reach a wider audience and make rentals easier for potential customers. Most of their existing rentals came from existing ad campaigns, but without a primary website for their brand, they were missing out on a large amount of customers and revenue.
Although the founder had explored branding concepts before, none of the previous concepts aligned with her desired brand image for Simply Juicy Travel to appeal to her target audience.
Design Approach
After researching the current industry competitors, I designed a website and branding package to address these needs from multiple angles. The website I created provided users with an experience designed specifically to drive an increase in customer leads across all devices.
Creative Execution
The site included sortable galleries by car type, vehicle statistics, and a method for customer to inquire about and reserve the car they desired directly from the website. In addition to a fresh new responsive website to engage customer online, the solution I designed for Bank and Key also included expansion of their existing brand, including a new logo design, business cards, a complete redesign of their social media properties and several custom designed facebook ads.
The Final Result
The final project resulted in a 35% increase in new customer rentals over a 2 month timeframe. the owner was also empowered with the ability to see where his website visitors were coming from and better target his upcoming promotional campaigns and ad launches.
