TP Taxes is a firm of tax and accounting specialists based out of Philadelphia serving the tri-state area. The firm needed a way to promote their services to the community and provide their customers with a way to easily schedule appointments for taxes and financial consulting.
Project Overview
One of the main obstacles to graowth TP Taxes was facing was the lack of a clean, modern website to engage their customers. Initially, all customers needed to call the firm directly in ordr to schedul appointments or ask any questions. In addition, the business was not well known locally, limiting the number of customers and potential clients.
After identifying TP Taxes goals through the discovery process, I was able to begin brainstoming to identify the solution that was right for their specific needs and begin brainstorming concepts.
Approaching the Solution
I created a design from a wholistic approach, understanding the most efficient way users would convert from the time they visited the website, to the time they decided to schedule an appointment. By designing this process to be as easy as possible, client engagement engagment increased and the notoriety of the firm grew in addition to their client list.
